Academic Discussion
Would you like to feel more confident in class discussions? Join us to talk about all kinds of topics from what’s happening in the world to what’s happening in classes. You will learn more vocabulary while having fun and engaging in lively discussions. You can suggest topics for discussion if you want to practice something for your class, or you can just be part of a discussion.

Take a story break with MCC Story Group!
This completely free group meets once a week to read fiction and talk about it. Come if you want to build your vocabulary (a key predictor of college success), to enjoy literature that is not connected to any class, or to be part of an interesting discussion. You do not need to register in advance; just show up to the meetings that work for you. Everyone is welcome!

eTutoring
eTutoring is an online tutoring platform which allows tutors to work with students synchronously and asynchronously, answering questions in real time, or replying to questions and essay submissions that students have left for review and commentary. eTutoring is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
