Institutional Effectiveness

Institutional Effectiveness at MCC is comprised of three areas that together support the College in defining and achieving its strategic goals. Institutional Research and Analytics informs evidence based decision-making by collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data and other information related to student and institutional trends; Planning supports participatory processes for defining organizational goals, operational objectives, and measurable outcomes; while Resource Development responds to institutional needs by working with faculty and staff to develop competitive applications for grant support.
