Team Building

This workshop is designed to teach pragmatic skills to strengthen team performance. By identifying and discussing the characteristics of an effective team, participants will learn how to establish the goals and objectives of the team; when to use a group and when not to; how to help a group solve problems and improve productivity; and how to improve team leadership. Brainstorming techniques are also covered.
