Tuition Assistance and Tuition Waiver Overview
Tuition Assistance Overview
The U.S. Department of Defense’s Tuition Assistance (TA) program can assist with the
cost of tuition for Middlesex Community College programs to eligible active duty,
reserve, and National Guard personnel. The amount may not exceed $250/credit hour.
You may even be able to combine TA money with funds from the GI Bill® to help offset the difference. Please note that, regardless of your branch of service, TA only covers the cost of
tuition and not any associated fees.
Service members should speak with the Educational Services Officer (ESO) or counselor associated with their unit to receive approval prior to enrollment at Middlesex Community College. Service members who are interested in using Tuition Assistance (TA) need to proceed to the appropriate website below after consulting with their Education Services Officer/Counselor and having their TA accounts/records created:
- Army*
- Air Force
- Coast Guard
- Marine Corps
- Navy
*Army students should use the Armed Forces Tuition Waiver instead of Army Ignited and submit the form to Student Accounts.
