- You will need to set up a free account using your MCC email address and set a password. This is to ensure the security of the information you enter. Only accounts with an MCC email address can access the form.
- If you receive a message that you need to request access click SWITCH ACCOUNT and log in with your MCC email address.
- You will need to enter information about your major, the course work you have taken, your plans for the semester in which you enroll in the practicum, as well as information relating to your educational and professional goals. This will help confirm that you have the necessary foundational coursework and academic standing to ensure readiness for classroom responsibilities. This also ensures that you register for the appropriate practicum for your program and in alignment with your goals.
