Part Time Wage Schedule
Hourly Rates
Effective July 1, 2024
Purpose: The MCC Part-Time Wage Schedule applies to all part-time, non-unit, non-benefitted, employees, grant funded position included. A hiring manager shall select from the positions and descriptions detailed below by work functions. Any modifications to the position, description and/or rate of pay require review by Human Resources.
Maximum Hours: Shall not exceed 18.5 hours per week. The maximum allotted hours per fiscal year shall not exceed 974 hours for support, professional, and administrative staff and 1039 hours per fiscal year for Facilities support staff.
I. Facilities, Maintenance, and Transportation
