Payment Options

 

How to make Payments:

All tuition and fee payments are made to the Student Accounts Office. 

 

Our offices are open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please include your student account number with all payments or related documentation. We also collect parking fine payments and are responsible for student refunds.

Mail Payments
All tuition and fee payments are made payable to Middlesex Community College (or MCC) c/o Student Accounts, 591 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730, or 33 Kearney Square, Lowell, MA 01852.

MCC Payment Plan

MCC has its own interest-free payment plan for students enrolled in credit-based courses.

 

Financial Aid

MCC participates in all federal and state financial aid programs available to public post-secondary institutions. 

 

Primary types of financial aid available include:

  • Grants
  • Scholarships
  • Loans
  • Work-study

Third Party Billing

Recipients of any scholarships, tuition waivers, and private company funding:

Documentation should be emailed, mailed or dropped off at the Student Accounts Office prior to the due date on your initial bill. Include your student account number on all related documentation. 

 

MCC does not participate in tuition reimbursement programs where the student is reimbursed directly by their employer. Students with this type of reimbursement program must either pay their balance in full prior to the start of classes or enroll in the MCC Payment Plan.
