Raytheon Middlesex has enjoyed a long association with Raytheon Company, an industry leader in defense and government electronics, space, information technology, technical services and business aviation and special mission aircraft. Headquartered in Lexington, Raytheon has more than 80,000 employees worldwide. Several years ago, when the Center for Continuous Learning was launched within Raytheon, MCC developed an extensive and very effective training program to educate their production workforce. More recently, MCC has conducted Math and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses. The company is currently in the process of developing a new program to assess and train newly hired individuals and also potential employees.
