Success Scholar Student Employment Opportunities
The Success Scholars Program is hiring! The Program is designed to provide guidance and resources for students to be successful in college on campus and online. All Success Scholar positions require students to maintain a 2.5 GPA or show academic progress.

Success Peer Mentors conduct engaging mentoring sessions for program-eligible students. Mentors develop an enduring, trusting relationship with students and help them: 1) with the transition to college, 2) develop effective study strategies and life skills to implement within the classroom and outside of the classroom as students work toward individual academic and personal goals and 3) become more involved on campus by referring them to appropriate department workshops, campus resources, and/or engagement activities.
Students must attend a Group Informational Zoom Interview and apply on Interview Exchange
