Requesting Rooms For Events with 25Live Pro
Middlesex Community College uses a comprehensive scheduling system, 25Live Pro by CollegeNET, for courses, meetings, events and calendaring. On this site you will find links to training resources and user documentation, and access to Tech Center resource request forms.
Requesting Events With Services
Requesting Facilities Department services for events is done through 25Live Pro for these spaces: in Bedford, East and West Cafés. In Lowell, Upper and Lower Cafés, and LF Assembly Room. Remember to pick the corresponding Event Type that goes with each of these spaces.
On the menu to the left are links to blank custom layout forms for these campus spaces which you can use to indicate the layout and setup of the space for the Facilities Department. When filling out the 25Live Event Wizard for an Event with Services, upload the layout to the event request. Diagrams need to be attached for these room requests even if no setup changes are needed, or if the default layout is being used.
