What is the turnaround time for a reservation request?

Upon saving your request the system will give you an immediate acknowledgement that your request has been submitted — that is NOT your confirmation.

Please wait for the email that your space/event has been Confirmed before publicizing your event or advertising.

Email confirmations are sent to the requestor and will normally be received within two business days. Keep in mind that the scheduling office is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm during the academic year and 8 am-4 pm during the summer. Requests are not processed on weekends or holidays so please plan ahead. If your request is for a date not in the current semester it may take longer to be approved. Please contact the Campus Management office with any questions about the approval of your event.

I don’t see a place to add my contact information, where do I put that?

The contact information for the event is captured via the login information of the individual submitting the request.  If additional information is needed, please add it in the comments section on the Event Wizard.

Can I edit the name of my event after submitting my reservation?

Yes, you can login to 25Live Pro and edit the event name and description.

Can I see if a space is available before making my reservation?

On the 25Live Event Wizard home page, click on ‘See Available Locations’ and enter in the day and time of your event and click on search.  You will see a list of locations that meet your search criteria and will include information about each space.  It is recommended that you click on the room location and look at the summary and Layout tabs before making the room request. When looking at the room Layout it might include photos and possible diagrams of how the room is set up as is or if you can request a certain layout.  If this is a room you request frequently, check on the star located in the upper right corner and it will become a favorite.

If the space is not available, can I still request it?

No, 25Live Pro will not allow you to save a reservation that contains a space conflict. If you would like assistance in finding an alternate location or date for your event, please contact Campus Management at x3106.
