Mini Grant Application Process

Through the generosity of alumni donors, MCC employees, and community partners, the MCC Foundation Middlesex Fund is able to support mini-grants for faculty and staff initiatives that directly benefit our students.

Please watch for announcements via email and Newscaster this spring for the open application period for the 2022-2023 academic year grant application process.

Notes on the Process:
  • All MCC faculty and staff are eligible to submit an application.
  • Grant application requests should generally not exceed $5000.
  • Grants will be made for a maximum project length of one year. 
  • Funds should be spent in the within the academic year for which the grant was awarded.
  • A detailed budget must be included as part of the application. 
  • All applications must be approved by the applicant’s department chair and/or the division Dean or Vice President prior to submittal.
  • Should a grant be made, the grant submitter is responsible for processing invoices for the project under guidelines provided with the grant award.
