At MCC, unemployed and underemployed Massachusetts residents can take advantage of grant funding with MCC, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act, in partnership the Massachusetts Life Science Center, MassHire Career Center, and Insulet Corporation.  

In this 8-week Advanced Manufacturing/Robotics training program, you will:

  • Receive hands-on experience with mechanical and robotics equipment 
  • Use self-paced online learning
  • Engage in group discussions

    Upon succesful completion, you will:

    • Be prepared to work in an advanced manufacturing setting, with a focus on the life sciences industry
    • Earn an OSHA 10 certification and a Certified Manufacturing Associate Credential through Tooling-U
    • Have the option to interview for Manufacturing Associate and/or Technician open positions with Insulet Corporation, a medical device company based in Acton, MA.

Insulet (NASDAQ: PODD) is an innovative medical device company improving the lives of people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod delivery system.
